Call path
Public phone visibility, click-to-call behavior, and the handoff a prospect is asked to make.
Independent HVAC teams · Orlando, Florida
An evidence-first review of the path between a homeowner's first click and your team's response—built for owner-led HVAC companies that want facts, not another vague marketing audit.
No revenue promises. No competitor testing. No recorded calls.
60-second readiness check
Check what is already true. Your answers stay in this browser and are never submitted, stored, or sent to us.
Keep the checklist. The diagnostic works best once authority, channel ownership, and a decision-maker are clear.
What gets inspected
Phase 1 maps capability—not performance. Phase 2 verifies only the exact handling your business authorizes.
Public phone visibility, click-to-call behavior, and the handoff a prospect is asked to make.
Form availability, required fields, confirmation language, and visible expectations after submission.
What an urgent homeowner can actually find and use from a phone—without guessing.
The hours, response claims, emergency language, and booking options your public pages display.
With permission, we document ownership, notifications, templates, and escalation inside client-controlled systems.
A prioritized fix list with evidence IDs, an owner, and a verification step for every recommendation.
The method
The boundary matters. A public page can show that a channel exists; only an authorized test can show what happens next.
We inspect only information a normal visitor can see. No forms are submitted, no calls are placed, and no competitor is contacted.
No authorization requiredAfter payment and a signed test matrix, consenting participants use named, client-owned channels during an agreed window.
Exact written permission requiredYou receive findings, timestamps, coverage boundaries, and practical fixes. Implementation is a separate, approved scope.
No outcome guaranteeThe deliverable—not a sales deck
Each document is designed to stand on its own, with the evidence boundary visible beside the recommendation.
What was publicly observed, what was authorized for testing, what remained unknown, and why.
Timestamped findings with source, channel, collection method, and a plain-language confidence label.
A single-page view of entry points, routing, ownership, escalation, and the point where follow-up can stall.
Prioritized corrections with an owner, effort level, dependency, and verification step for each action.
No test activity.
Named channels and window.
After complete intake and authorized access.
The $750 fee can be credited to approved implementation.
Founding-client offer
Built for a small founding cohort of qualified Orlando-area HVAC companies. The diagnostic fee is credited toward an approved implementation signed within 60 days.
Secure payment
The $750 founding diagnostic is paid only after fit is confirmed and both sides approve the written scope. Checkout opens on a Stripe-hosted page; LeadProof Orlando never collects or stores payment details.
What “evidence-first” means
Every claim is labeled by coverage. Public observation never gets presented as a verified response-time result, and an authorized test never gets generalized beyond the channel and window actually tested.
Phone visibility, form presence, posted hours, booking options, and public response language.
Receipt, routing, first human response, escalation behavior, and the tested follow-up sequence.
Operating standard
This is an early-stage founding program. We do not hide that fact, borrow another company's results, or turn a checklist into a performance claim.
No fabricated prospects, testimonials, case studies, or performance claims.
No form submission, call, text, or email before exact written authorization.
No call recording in the founding diagnostic.
No secret testing of competitors or unrelated third parties.
No claiming that public capability proves actual response performance.
No automatic implementation or monitoring contract.
Local by design

Straight answers
No. No honest diagnostic can guarantee revenue. Demand, pricing, capacity, sales skill, seasonality, and execution all affect results. We guarantee only the work and deliverables written into a signed scope.
No. Phase 1 uses public observation only. Identified test calls, emails, texts, or forms begin only after payment and written authorization naming the channel, participant, identity, timing, and retention window.
No. The founding diagnostic does not record calls. Evidence is limited to permitted timestamps, screenshots, sent messages, and written observations under the signed plan.
Only channels the client owns or controls and specifically authorizes. Third-party lead marketplaces and ad platforms—such as Google Local Services Ads, Meta, Angi, or HomeAdvisor—are excluded unless their rules and written permissions are separately verified.
After fit is confirmed and both sides approve the written scope, the client can confirm that approval and continue to the secure Stripe checkout on this page. Payment does not authorize activity outside the signed scope. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never collected or stored by LeadProof Orlando.
You can implement the recovery plan internally, hire another qualified provider, or approve a separate implementation scope. Typical proposed implementation ranges from $3,500 to $6,000; optional monitoring typically ranges from $1,500 to $3,000 per month. Exact work and price must be agreed in writing.
No. The founding diagnostic is a bounded evidence engagement. It does not include ad management, search rankings, lead generation, CRM replacement, or an automatic ongoing contract.
